Performance Bicycle coming to Tukwila | Business

Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of shopping centers, has leased retail space in Tukwila at Southcenter Plaza to Performance Bicycle Shop.

Specializing in cycling equipment, apparel and accessories, Performance Bicycle Shop has leased 8,040 square feet of retail space and is slated to open for business this Fall. 

Performance Bicycle has four Washington locations in Lynnwood, Redmond, Seattle and Tacoma and eighty-six stores nationwide.

The 170,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by a Target store alongside national retailers such as Starbucks, Supercuts, Quizno’s and Burger King.
