Exclusive Scene Video from Tukwila

This is some exclusive scene footage from the apartment complex where the shooting took place earlier.  It was taken by a resident at around 8:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday night, before they were allowing press on the property.  The authorities had a strong presence on the property and this video shows an officer getting into one of the command vehicles.  Admittedly, it’s not that exciting video, but it is exclusive and this is what the night looked for the residents.
